The Jaunt Manifesto
Jaunt Magazine stands for three things:
- Boldly doing the impossibe.
- Boldly failing at the impossible.
- Boldly holding on to the belief that we are what we pretend to be if we pretend long enough and back up our pretending with bold action.
We think that adventure is all in the head, and that anyone who claims they can give it to you (or sell it to you) is a liar or, at the very least, not clear about what adventure is.
And finally, we think that most adventurous things wear a mask of absurdity, so we embrace the absurd, the implausible, the downright insane, because sometimes there’s a witty, loving, garter-wearing, brunette librarian underneath, and we’d love to meet her.
